Provider and eligibility

Nuola is provided by Foldable Stack, Inc. You must be at least 16 in the EEA and able to form a binding contract. Keep your account accurate and secure.

Family spaces and content

You retain your content. You give us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, reproduce, and display it only to operate the family experience you request. A family-space participant can see content shared there. Share or record another person only with permission. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Anyone can report a message from the message itself and block another participant from the family’s member list. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content and terminate accounts that break this rule.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and withdrawal

The total price, billing interval, renewal terms, and trial terms are shown before purchase. You can stop future renewal through the store or billing provider that charged you. Cancellation takes effect under the terms shown at purchase and does not remove statutory rights. EEA consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right and legal remedies for non-conforming digital services; contact support@nuola.app to exercise a right that applies to you.

Availability and ending use

We may change or discontinue features, but changes do not limit mandatory consumer rights. You can stop using Nuola and delete your account at any time. Account deletion also removes the attached shared family space. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, security attacks, or unlawful activity and will provide reasons and a review route where law requires.

Liability and local law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory EEA consumer protections. Any limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by the law that applies to you.
