Accessibility
Updated August 18, 2026.
Nuola is designed for adult children and older parents with different vision, hearing, mobility, and cognitive needs. We design toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the relevant requirements of EN 301 549.
What we support
- Large parent-facing text and touch targets.
- Screen-reader labels and a clear, one-action-at-a-time parent flow.
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus on the website.
- Text resizing, responsive layouts, and non-colour status cues.
- Captions or text alternatives where recorded content permits them.
Known limitations
Accessibility testing is ongoing. User-supplied photos or recordings may not include alternatives, and third-party sign-in, payment, or operating-system surfaces are outside our direct control. We do not claim full conformance until an independent audit is complete.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier, email accessibility@nuola.app with the page, device, browser or app version, and a description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days.
