Nuola handles the answers, recordings, reactions, and account details you choose to provide so a round can work for you and your family. We may also collect basic device and error information.

Use and sharing

We use this information to deliver rounds, improve reliability, provide support, and process payments. We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed with hosting, storage, communications, analytics, and payment providers.

Voice and family content

Please share only content you have permission to record. You can request deletion or access by emailing privacy@nuola.app. We retain content while needed for the service and delete it when your account or request requires it, subject to legal obligations.
